Do not use this company! Shocking level of service. They did not provide a professional service upon 2 attempts and have done nothing to rectify it instead blaming me.
They have not provided any proof of the clean being done, twice and they are a scam of a cleaning service.
Stay away seriously they will cause you more trouble then it's worth.

I booked them for an end of tenancy cleaning service (for a tiny one bedroom flat where the oven had never been used and the fridge/freezer were already spotless) and they did a laughably bad job (as well as being two hours late). Dust/grime/debris everywhere (they hadn't even done basic hoovering) to the point that I had to clean it myself (I had to clean the floors twice they were so filthy) as they said they couldn't send anyone round for four days (by which time my tenant would have moved in). Since then they have been terrible to deal with - offering a

Awful company, DO NOT USE! Booked them for an end of tenancy clean, they arrived 4 hours late, did absolutely nothing, and then didn't return to re-clean it before we handed our keys back. Then they were extremely rude to our letting agents who in turn and understandably refused them access to clean the property after we left.
They were rude and condescending every step of the way and refused to give us a refund of our £159 despite never having done the job, claiming it is our fault they didn't do their job. We also then had money taken from our deposit on top of this for the cleaning
