Unfortunately not a great result for me.
In August I had a wasp problem in the attic where, within a couple of minutes of turning on the light, there would be a dozen wasps buzzing round the bulb. I contacted the Pest Doctor as my local council weren't doing wasps at the time, presumably due to covid staff shortages, and I was asked to find where they were entering the attic from the outside - I quickly found the entry point high up under the gutter.
I booked a call and, on the plus side, someone came out exactly when they said and applied some powder around the area where the wasps wereÂ

Just had a visit from pest doctor I think it’s father&son they are both lovely down to earth explained what they was doin in the matter of 20 mins job was done. Very cheap considering I was goin to pay over 100.00 to a company day before but they cancelled last min so I rang this company spoke to a lovely lady and it got sorted today quarter of the price. Will definitely keep there number and recommend them if get any more pests

I contacted Nigel regarding a mouse problem in my loft. He was punctual, arriving at each appointment on time and adhered to the current social distancing guidelines.
He inspected the inside and outside of the property to locate possible entry points and recommended a 3-step program.

Spoke to the owner on Saturday and arranged for him to come out on Monday. He offered good advice over the phone of what we could do prior to his visit. He attended the property at the agreed date/time and inspected the inside and outside of the property and offered advice on how to stop the pests from gaining entry. As we had caught a fair few over the weekend he talked himself out of a job by saying we had caught almost all of them ourselves, this was greatly appreciated both financially and peace of mind. He put down traps and within 2 minutes, before he had the chance to get into his van he

I have called out Nigel twice, first in 2017 and now again for my parents house in 2021 due to noises in the loft. On both occasions Nigel did a detailed inspection and walk around of the property, looking for signs of entry and then inspected the loft area. He also explained all the pro's and cons of different methods of removing rodents.
Luckily whatever was there had since gone, and based on Nigel's advice, any potential access points have now been filled in,. All this work was covered in his free call out which was really appreciated.

I called Nigel out due to hearing squirrels within my extension roof space. What a fantastic service! Nigel provided a detailed inspection not only the area I was experiencing the problem but the whole house. He provided me with advice how to fix the problem and had spotted some other areas of concern. Nigel was so friendly ,knowledgeable and professional . I would definitely use him again. Such a professional father and son team. We called Nigel after hearing something in our loft, came the same day and the problem was sorted in 2 days. Extremely professional and such a lovely family. We were a bit nervous having people in the house with Covid but they both wore ppe the whole time. I would highly recommend them thank you Nigel and Louis.
