We were really pleased with the service from Instinctive Flooring every step of the way - from initial enquiry in shop to installation. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and gave us options at different price points so it never felt like a 'hard sell'. They fitted us in as soon as they were able to, which we were very appreciative of as my wife was heavily pregnant. The workmen were efficient and kept us informed of expected timescales. They worked late one evening so that the job was done in 3 days and cleared up well (not always our experience when we have had other work done by different companies

Amtico Flooring is not cheap but it was gratifying that Jack took time to explain the product and how it compared to other alternatives.
After further research we decided to go with Instinctive Flooring because of the time taken by Jack , his knowledge of the product , the quality of the product and the detailed explanation of fitting .
Once the order was placed ,after the detailed t and c‘s were explained ,and the fitting date was agreed

Sharon in the office was great to deal with and helped us along the way, Jack was brilliant and showed us every option that suited our needs.
As for the actual floor, absolutely stunning! Has really brought our home together and is the first thing you notice when you walk into our home.
We went with the oak Parquet from Amtico and it is lovely, can I just mention Bjorn the fitter who executed a amazing job.
It is actually flawless!

From my first visit to see Sharon in the Showroom to meeting Jack the surveyor at my property and Bjorn the fitter installing the flooring, everything was so easy, pleasant and efficient and the final job was absolutely stunning. It’s completely transformed my apartment.
I would highly recommend anyone to have this locally owned company to design and install their flooring. 5⭐️
