The sales team came round and guided us through the best door for our property. There was no pressure at all at any point during the transaction. We were told we would be installed before Christmas which was a big plus for us. Which given it was the end of the October and the current climate was a great promise. The installation team turned up promptly at 9am today 17/12/21. The job was finished at 15:00pm. The property was left as spotless as all cleaning was done by the installation team. The installment was quick and pain free and the installation team were as quiet as can be and polite. Armour

Appalling! 3 months since I reported issues, they've constantly lied and now said they cant fix the problem because Amour Windows has gone into LIQUIDATION and they now have a new company name and cant get parts.
Save yourself the problems, stress, time and money and find a company that values service and doesn't fob you off.
I tried supporting a family run business and they haven't shown any care at all for after sales service.

All started as a great experience with Armour windows until the point where the surveyor came in and did a great work of art in drawing our door model! The result of his artistic talent altered the position of the letter box and as a result of that our Naples door is now with a letter box at the bottom of the door (not what we requested for when the quote was done - letter box should have been at the middle of the door) which makes absolutely no sense and is visually unappealing.

A great experience from start to finish. I had 2 sets of patio doors, a rear door and a new window fitted to the rear of the property. The sales team replied to my emails promptly and accommodated us when we had to push the fitting back due to our other builders not being ready for the windows. The fitters arrived early and were really lovely guys. They worked cleanly and were really polite throughout. Would definitely be using them when I need to replace the windows in the front of my house.

Unfortunately their after service is shocking, we are on our 4th visit and they still have not fixed the problem and it's a very quick fix . But when I ring up now Emma is always out the office and will ring me back having rung 3 times now and no call back. This is when you find out about a company when things need fixing . Very poor service would I use again no way. Would I recommend them no way.

This 1 star is for the fitters as they were all amazing and did a great job however as for the team i believe Amour windows Stands for a mass of utterly rubbish. I don't know how the team in the office get themselves dressed in the morning. Communication and customer service was none we were constantly chasing.
It has taken 3 months to get my windows and doors installed and 3 different visits from fitters because they never had all the items when they said they did even when they told us they had checked .themselves so glad its done and I don't have to have any more dealings with them

We have just had 9 windows and 2 doors fitted by the Armour Windows Team and have to say that they have done a brilliant job. The team was respectful, considerate and skilled with the installation. What we didn't get was a 'pushy' salesman - commendable. The salesman was helpful with our requirements and was able to suggest a number of options from which we could choose.
The products are excellent and represent good value for money and look set to last for a good many years to come. Armour Windows is a local company and certainly gives first class customer service.

I have just had a new composite front door fitted at my house and couldn't be happier. I had a few different companies out to quote and Armour were the most competitive but also the most genuine in their sales approach. They weren't pushy at all compared to some of the others. Yes there were delays in the installation due to the door not being ready like other reviews have said. However, working in the property industry myself, I know that this is an issue for the majority of contractors and installers due to Covid and Brexit which although disappointing is out of their control. I was kept informed

My fitters were delayed by an emergency, however they still were able to fit my windows in half a day. The three of them were like a well oiled machine, each person knew exactly what there were doing. Due to the current restrictions keeping a distance was adhered too. The team were very professional. The windows look great, all rubbish was removed and apart from have new windows you would not they had been here.
Excellent service from stat to finish. No hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done 👍🏻👍🏻🙂
