I ordered 2 large mirrors from Albany glass, it was the first time using this company. The first odd thing I found was that they told me they don’t deliver and their shop is only open until 4pm in the week and not open weekends which isn’t great when you work. I’ve later seen comments on here that they do deliver and even fit so I was either given wrong info or they couldn’t be bothered.
That aside, my husband arranged to leave work early to collect the 2 mirrors. When he arrived they were just there in the shop with nothing on them and the guy just said there you are. No protection whatsoever
