We are one of the few companies that manufacture everything we use including our turned newel posts and balusters for our exclusive staircases.

Services
We have a Hapfo copy lathe which is capable of turning any kind of wood with a maximum diameter of 175mm and a maximum length of 2.400m. This allows us to turn a variety of items including newel post, balusters, porch posts, balls, finials etc. We also have the capability to do barley twist, rope twist, reeding and flutings so creating very impressive results.
Using our CNC machinery we can produce dream kitchens and furniture with many individual touches. We have made for clients elliptical tables 3m long and 1.5m wide which look stunning, and a variety of tables with elaborate leg features. We can manufacture turned table legs (rope twist, reeded and fluted table legs) using our lathe, creating an individual and unique appearance.
We have invested heavily in new equipment and tooling to increase productivity and quality. We have bought a CNC router which allows us to produce many sophisticated shapes and items with incredible accuracy, very competitively. This allows us to do extensive curved work better and more safely than ever before.
All Goods purchased through Our Site will normally be delivered within 7 calendar days for UK (up to 14 calendar days for international orders) after the date of Our Order Confirmation unless otherwise agreed or specified during the Order process (subject to delays caused by events outside of Our control, for which see Clause 13).
