We have a dedicated team, focussed on delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Andy and Sally Tompkins started Tompkins Joinery 36 years ago, operating out of modest premises. Tompkins Joinery is one of the regions finest and most successful joinery companies, delivering dedicated craftsmanship to homes, commercial properties and trade suppliers for over thirty five years.
Owner Andy Tompkins first starts the business with nothing more than a basic tool kit and a few power tools, operating from a modest barn near Daventry. Relocated to a small industrial unit close to the M1 motorway, and with it appointed Sally into a full time position. Andy advertised his first apprentice vacancy, a position which was filled by Colin Ballinger who is now the company's Operations Director.

We have always placed a particular emphasis on recruiting and training young people. In part, this is because we are determined to safeguard our skills long into the future and also because it is a tremendous privilege helping them make the transition from being a scholar to being a competent tradesman, who is capable of overcoming the various complexities the job often has a way of throwing up.
Our large modern facilities, located in Daventry, Northamptonshire provide an ideal base amongst Britain's rural farming communities, along with easy access to the motorway network. We are situated just 16 miles east of Royal Leamington Spa and 16 miles north of Banbury, one of the gateways to the Cotswolds, and less than an hour from London.
