Services
Vertechs Stove & Heating Centre design, install and maintain several types of chimney systems including chimney relining. Appliances can be installed even if there is no existing chimney by using a twin wall system. If there is an existing chimney this can normally be brought back into use for gas, solid fuel or oil appliances after an inspection or by relining using a flue liner.
At Vertechs Stove & Heating Centre we have carefully selected a range of manufacturers who produce an extensive collection of premium quality appliances and fire surrounds which we are proud to offer to our customers. Vertechs are recommended expert retailers for many of the appliances we provide which allows us to register extended warranty periods of up to ten years on many of the appliances which we supply and install.

We used Vertechs to thermocrete line a chimney in our old house and fit a multi-fuel stove and would definitely recommend them. James and his team’s positive ‘can do’ attitude and wealth of experience overcame any glitches they came across. They were polite and pleasant throughout. Now to light the fire!

Outstanding customer service! Vertech installed a stove in my property and went above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having with my new stove. They never made me feel like a nuisance and always acted professionally and with courtesy. Their engineer wwas able to pinpoint the problem and fix it in a very short space of time and now I have a cosy warm house again.

After suffering a crisis with my heating going off, I contacted Vertechs who were able to prioritise a same day emergency call out for me and get the matter fixed. I was really impressed with their professionalism and the customer service received. I’ve not had a fire yet in that room so cannot comment on that. However I want to thank James and the lads for being polite, pleasant and making a minimum of fuss and bother. They did their work quickly quietly and efficiently and remained calm even when something went not too smoothly. They also tidied up well and left the place as they had found it- always a good thing.

Called them in to service a Raeburn , we inherited in a recent house move , which hadn't been lit in years . James and his squad soon found the reason , the chimney was blocked ! After a camera survey and a lot of hard graft we were in business and the bill was very fair . I cannot speak too highly of this company and that includes their receptionist Sharon. Easy five stars .

Went for advice for a wood burning stove for our conservatory. The staff were very friendly and owner very knowledgeable. He listened to us intently and actually talked us out of buying. He could have taken our money and installed something that wouldn't meet our needs but was very truthful and honest so we took his advice. Thank you for being honest with us...many wouldn't have been.
