Mr G Heating Solutions is a company run by Michael Greensmith, a Gas Safe Registered Plumber, operating in the East Midlands. A total gentleman and star - after boiler broke down and with the worry of my 3 year old coming home tomorrow he has.

Came immediately when we have had issues, all round project management for all our plumbing needs. Came to fit my gas cooker on time very friendly took his shoes off did a fantastic job very polite manner, would.

Like most people I found Michael a very friendly and courteous guy, however that’s where it ends. I have to say both he and his brother must be the worst plumbers I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across.
They installed four radiators in my new extension, they had to return 5 times to cure leaks on them, they installed my Quooker hot tap and connected the drain above the drain outlet and it leaked all over the inside of my £17000 kitchen units. How on earth any plumber worth his salt would think that a gravity drain would drain uphill amazes me.
Then to top it off he connected the cistern

Unfortunately our boiler stopped working on the coldest day in November!! We called Michael and he managed to fit us in almost immediately. He arrived on time and removed his boots at the door. The issue was thankfully fixed quickly. He cleaned up after himself and it was like he had never been there! Would 100% recommend to everyone. Fast, friendly service. Thank you Mr G!

Had an issue with hot water not working, intermittent fault.
Michael arrived as arranged and surprisingly took his boots off at the door! He diagnosed the problem and (considering a previous chap I had round who wanted to install a new boiler!!!) told me what was wrong and what was needed to fix.
After agreeing costs (very reasonable) he came back the next day with the parts and ... It now works! No more cold showers!
Thank you Mr G. Could recommend anyone else!
