Dreadful service and I’m pretty sure the company fit faulty Systems just to make money quickly. I initially spent nearly £700 and within a few minutes of the engineer leaving the system failed, so they returned and sorted it out. A few days later, and more issues came to light, I was told I had to pay a call out fee even after taking out the service package. I was told this was because it was a problem with the cables. However when the engineer came out they determined that it wasn’t the cables and was indeed a control panel issue which I was told was resolved. But suprise suprise, when the
