Graham was pleasant and professional right from the first phone call enquiry. He answered all my queries and never tried to include anything that wasn't necessary, assessing what was needed to provide the best possible security for my needs and within my budget. Nothing was too much trouble, installation was efficient and clean with the Ajax system looking neat and discreet and easy to use. I can't thank Graham enough for his time and patience and perseverance even when there was an internet outage in the area! Graham is fantastic and his work is to a very high standard. He is honest and reliable and thinks of ways to keep costing down, he has never over charged. He advises you on what would be perfect for your property and doesn't try to sell you anything extra! If you need help or advice he will be straight on the phone guiding you through the problem unless he needs to be there in person. We have used him many times. Our alarm was fitted 6 years ago and is still in great working order! He has fitted security house alarms for family members. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Highly professional
