We had been badly let down by another local company and approached Ian on the recommendation of a friend to see if he could help to replace a double glazed window. He responded immediately and had the window replaced in less than two weeks and in the time promised. A very professional job. We shall certainly go to Ian again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional. Asked them to attend a job on the 4th July, have been chasing since then. Finally today when they decided to speak to me, they told me it is not something they can look at.
It would have been helpful if you told me that four weeks ago, so I could find someone else, rather than waiting for me to get annoyed on the phone.
Would not recommend.
