Could not recommend this company enough. We have used them twice in the last 12 month. Firstly in our previous property to replace the glass in our doors to make them more secure. We then rectory moved and had them again to upgrade all the glass in our kitchen doors. They are the friendliest team who are so very respectful and polite. I could nor recommend them enough. Had 39 replacement double glazed units replaced guys that installed them were friendly, professional and fast. Jake at their base was extremely helpful and had infinite patience with getting just what we wanted with a custom designed door panel. Can’t recommend them more highly- the price was good as well.

I cannot fault the excellent service, professionalism and communication we received from Kimberlite. Even emails sent in the evening were responded to within a few hours. We had 10 windows fitted with secondary double glazing and it has made such a difference - no more dripping wet windows to wipe every morning and the previous 'no go' area in the window is now a lovely cosy place to watch the world go by! The noise reduction has been a bonus too; can't hear the traffic at all. The cost was very competitive and the fitting process efficient and trouble free. I would highly recommend

Really good service from Kimberlite Glass. We had two panes of glass removed from a door frame and fanlight in our Edwardian property and replaced with Single Fleur Etched glass. Ed did a great job, firstly measuring up (old door and out of 'true') and then fitting the replacement glass a couple of days ago. It looks great and I was very impressed with the service offered. One very happy customer!

While some of the staff members/technicians were friendly, the owner/manager is honestly the most unprofessional tradesman I have ever dealt with.
They said they would come and give us a quote. They didn't.
We followed up and they sent someone out to look (who didn't put required protective film on) and said they would call with the quote when they were about to order the glass and knew when they could fit it. They didn't.
I followed up and asked when they would be able to do it and the owner replied "How long is a piece of string" (??) and called me "passive aggressive" (!!?)
