National Glazing helped me choose the right windows and doors for my new family home. It was easy to book a consultation and book a home visit for measurements. I was spoilt for choice with the different materials and colours their products were in. The products were off high quality. My order arrived on the expected date I am so happy that my friend recommended this place. As a first time buyer I was confused and scared equally after you hear so much in the market about cons some people go through we were very lucky that we choose them and they helped us all along the way to choose the right product

Extremely poor customer service please avoid this place at all costs. All other good reviews on here look fake. This company will never be honest with you. They always lie and only turn up and call you when they want money paid. We have been good loyal customers and they have messed us around on numerous occasions. It is sad for us as they were recommended to us by family friends. I will never recommend anyone to do business with them. Extremely unprofessional with no regard or accountability and once they have been paid they just disappear. I was yelled at by the owner for a payment during ramadan

Absolutely horrible service by these desi cowboys. They are very quick to ask for deposits and even harrass you outside your house to demand payment, often coming in uninvited. There were some after I stallation issues with our windows and front door and when trying to contact them to resolve issues, they magically disappear and never return calls. When they do pick up, they don't acknowledge the issue and make excuses such as "he has coronavirus and is off work" and even conveniently are abroad when trying to arrange a visit. They have no shame. Avoid these desi cowboys at all costs.

Had a new smart system bifold fitted with integrated blinds. My advice to anyone using Ilford National Glazing is to try another company first and compare the level of pre-sales details they will go into for your product. I would pretty much guarantee that at the pre-sales stage you will decide not to go with NG.
The bifold door is completely not what we expected to recieve, and issues with the blinds which we were told was "within tolerances". A get out clause if ever I saw one. Pictures show how badly the integrated blinds were fitted. Blinds are supposed to keep light out which ours certainly
