They are a con company. Please beware of them. I called them for some repairs on my conservatory locks. Their workman came, took the relevant locks off. I then received a quote for £ 300 plus VAT. A bit steep, I thought, but as they had very good reviews I gave it a go. Paid 50% deposit.
When the guy came back with parts he started working on the door. He made a comment on the fact the system was an old one and that most likely next time it would be advisable to change it completely. 3 hrs later after a lot of huffing and puffing he said "this is going to cost a lot more as my charges are £
