CKJ Joinery Manufacturers Ltd has over 30 years experience in design, manufacture and installation of high quality joinery from bespoke items to large scale shop-fit roll-outs. Our centrally based and purposely designed premises are fully equipped with the latest computer aided manufacturing equipment including a state of the art beam saw and CNC routing facilities to ensure fast and precise turn round.
Our bench-work team are fully trained in the correct assembly techniques gained through years of experience and are equipped with the latest tooling required to carry out their assembly operations to the highest possible standard. When accompanied with their craftsman like approach, and pride taken in all aspects of the assembly, the results are consistent high quality every time.
In addition to the assembly, we also incorporate an in house finishing service provided by our purpose built and fully extracted spray shop. We can apply a variety of sprayed finishes from simple exterior and interior primers to more specialised coatings such as stage applied class '0' fire rated lacquers, textured coatings and high gloss finishes.

The services we provide are of varied involvement depending on the client's particular requirements. We also provide a drawing service and can handle and/or assist on design work, calling on our vast experience to advise our clients on the most cost effective manufacturing methods and materials specification to ensure that the optimum overall finish is achieved at the most competitive cost.
The extent of our involvement in the CAD design stages varies depending on our particular clients requirements. Our services range from the simple separation of manufactured items from large floor plans and elevation drawings issued to us by our clients to the actual design of joinery items through the preparation of 2D & 3D presentation and construction drawings.
We operate an incredibly diverse 'Weeke BHC 550' CNC router to which we can import CAD drawing files directly. This enables us to produce complex shapes and angles with millimetre perfect accuracy. The machine incorporates it own drawing program for smaller cabinetry roll-out production with the use of 'cam & pin' fixings and location dowels.
We are Authorised fabricators for 'Corian' and 'Hanex' and have vast experience in working with all types of solid surface material including LG HiMacs, Formica, Staron and Durat. Our fabrication team are specially trained and fully equipped with the latest tooling required to work with these specialist materials.
