Sara Slade Interiors are a Cambridge-based, award-winning Interior Design Studio working on both residential properties and commercial projects. Creative Director Sara Slade has been an Interior Designer for over 20 years and formed Sara Slade Interiors in 2012. In six very busy years, the company has evolved from Sara initially designing and managing all projects, to a solid, talented team of four.
To complement Sara's vast industry know-how, we now have an experienced Interiors Project Manager, a Financial Director/Account Handler and a CAD Designer, who together cover every aspect of the design process, from initial concept to the final fitting. We live and breathe design at Sara Slade Interiors!
Regardless of project size or budget, we put our heart and soul into creating something special and unique for each and every client. We are just as excited by timeless and classic as we are by cutting-edge and contemporary. Sara Slade Interiors provides a complete, personalised Interior Design service tailored to your individual needs, whether that's for your home or for your business. The size and scale of the work is not primary, most important to us is that we listen carefully to your brief to create an inspiring interior that suits not only your space, but also your lifestyle.
I opened Sara Slade Interiors in 2012 when I decided to move to Cambridge. In my 20 years of experience, I have worked my way up through many different design roles. I became the youngest Senior Designer at Clement Joscelyne - one of the oldest Interior Design Companies in the UK - where I oversaw projects including the recreation of the Henry Moore Estate, Hoglands and the Bank of England Chambers.
Sara from the start has been professional and quickly understood my sense of my style. She works with passion and has helped me on transforming my lounge, two children's bedrooms, which they love, and a play room with many more areas to come. Not only does she offer products that are unique but she can carefully select high street products that compliment each other.
This prestigious design studio's experience covers both historical and contemporary interiors, bespoke furniture, and the finest materials. Sophisticated luxury to match their clients' lifestyles. The Director is currently looking for a creative and organised individual to take on general administrative support and design coordination, including preparation for meetings and presentations.
Our designs are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. To ensure a unique authenticity for each project, we work closely alongside our personally approved specialists; creating and installing made-to-measure furniture, joinery, rugs and upholstery, all to our exceptional standards. Our custom-made furniture is designed by our team here in our studio and is then handcrafted by locally sourced tradesmen.

There are not many designers who can perfect a scheme in the timeframe that Sara can. Sara can pull fabrics and products together with what seems like little effort - a skill-set that comes from a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the interiors industry!
I know first-hand how much passion and dedication goes into each project Sara Slade Interiors undertakes. Sara has a dedicated team behind her (myself included) and we are very lucky to work alongside her.
Without Sara I personally wouldn't have the insight into the interior design industry that I have today, nor acquired the product

I can highly recommend Sara and Sara Slade Interiors as she has helped transform a house into an amazing home over the many years I have sought guidance from suggesting a paint colour you would never think would work in your home to lights that perhaps you may have though too big and yet her vision is always brilliant whatever the request you may have.
