ON REFLECTION CERAMICS LTD is a small privately owned company based in Bristol. The principals of the company have 30 years plus each of experience in the field of ceramic tile importing and distribution. THE MOSAIC COMPANY was acquired from its former owners on their retirement in 2014 when the base of operation was relocated to Bristol.

Orders received up to 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be despatched that day for delivery in Zones 1 & 2 the following working day (Saturday & Sunday excluded) between 7.30 am and 5 pm or the day after (except zone 3 which are 48 - 72 hours). Orders received on a Friday will be despatched for delivery on Monday (or Tuesday depending on Zone, see above).
A bush hammer is a tool which is used to impart a texture to stone and concrete which in the case of porcelain or ceramic tiles is replicated during production. The end result is an attractive, albeit roughlooking, pockmarked surface which apart from changing the appearance of the otherwise plain looking tile, imparts a degree of slip resistance.

I ordered samples from this company and they arrived quickly. I subsequently had a lot of questions about the tiles and called them many times for help. I can honestly say that every person that I've interacted with has been extremely helpful and extremely professional. Paul and Richard are two names that I remember. I consequently ordered over £1,700 pounds worth of tiles which also arrived quickly. Unfortunately, on the last day of tiling, we realised that we were 15 tiles short and needed them immediately.
