The Moroccan Encaustic Tile Company specialise in unique and original handmade Moroccan tiles. Our workshop and team of artisans are based in Marrakech, our warehouse and shop are based in Bristol. Our love for encaustic tiles started in the late 60's when my Dad built his first house in Morocco and installed encaustic tiles in every room.
He also used them in the hallway, on the patios and on the roof to stop the rain coming through. The same tiles I remember as a child are still looking as fabulous and as vibrant as they did all those years ago!. The popularity of Moroccan Encaustic tiles has soared in the last few years. This prompted us to establish our own workshop in Marrakech and share our love of our Moroccan Encaustic tiles around the world.

If you purchase from stock in Bristol, delivery can be next day to any UK mainland postcode, by courier or on a pallet (POA). Stock available from our warehouse in Bristol with next day delivery or bespoke designs from our workshop in Marrakech (ETA 4 to 5 weeks from placing the order). We specialise in patchwork or repeat designs.

We bought a quantity of tiles from this company for our new Moroccan style garden we were creating. Zaid went out of his way to ensure we had the correct amount of tiles, he laid them out for us to envisage how they would look. Great patience with great ideas. So pleased with them all. Zaid was very helpful from our initial enquiry. Despite delays which could not be helped due to the current situation we were kept upto date and informed about our order throughout. Every effort was made to get the order to us, which was much appreciated. Our tiles arrived and we love them. Fab quality, the pattern is stunning and the photos dont do them justice. Customer service was first class and i would highly recommend.

I contacted the Moroccan Encaustic Tile Co to ask questions and had well timed responses and suggestions to help me make informed decisions. Zaid was helpful with sending samples of patterns By WhatsApp. Zaid kept me informed throughout the process especially when the sample tiles were being made and delivery date. On arrival the tiles were packed well so none were broken. There were also spares to ensure we had enough for the whole project. I can’t thank Zaid and Debbie enough. The tiles look amazing.

Absolutely delighted with my beautiful blue & white tiled garden table. We had been looking for the perfect Moroccan garden table for ages and couldn’t have chosen a better table. I am over the moon with our stunning tiles they truly look amazing now finished , I would highly recommend this company as they have been so helpful and reassuring whilst I waited for our tiles and wen they came they were packaged soo well it took us ages to get to the tiles . So all we’re perfectly in tact and like Zaid had said ‘ we would not be disappointed, and we were not . The pictures actually don’t show the true beauty of the tiles they are Really beautiful And we are happy we chose them 😀👍🏻🤩
