LRC contacted me after several weeks and resolved the issue satisfactorily. The response below states they tried to contact me several times, I have no evidence of this and had asked to be contacted in writing which they did not. In the end a lady rang me as a courtesy, agreed to a partial refund and agreed my complaints were valid. As and when the response below is corrected to reflect this I'll edit this review again.

Booked the little removals company after being recommended by a friend. I was moving from 1 bed basement flat, the guys were great they took care of everything. My belongings were handled with care and the move was quick and completely stress free. I don't normally leave reviews but sometimes when a company exceeds expectations, you feel the need to share. Thank you 10 out of 10.

Very pleased with our recent move with the Little Removals Company. We have unpacked the majority of belongings and not found any damage or breakages. The guys who moved us were professional, friendly and very helpful. Made moving a lot less stressful! Good value for money and would highly recommend.

Good start, terrible ending. When we were arranging our move, the team was very responsive to all of our calls and questions. When we realised post-move that we were missing a picture, all of that changed. Despite calling daily to see if the picture had been found on their end (left in a van or in the depot), they repeatedly fail to return any of our calls. After nearly two weeks of chasing, they suddenly stated we needed to contact Customer Service , without providing any contact information on how we could do so. When we finally managed to get them to send the contact info, we had to wait 10
