Taylor of Scone House Furnishers is a family run business with over 30 years experience in the flooring, furniture and soft furnishing trade. We offer a full design, planning, delivery and installation service for Carpets, Vinyl, Karndean, Quick Step Laminate, Engineered Wood, Curtains and Blinds.

The furniture department has a wide array of fabric and leather suites, beds, bedroom, dining room and occasional furniture from well known brands such as Celebrity, G Plan Upholstery, Corndell, Parker Knoll and TCH to name but a few. All deliveries are carried out in our own vehicles to give you the customer a full personal service.

I have shopped at Ian Taylor often over many years. Ian and his staff are always very helpful and his knowledge of the products he stocks is amazing.
I am delighted with all my floor coverings and the help and service received during fitting (some of which went beyond the call of duty!)
Thank you for your help and kindness it is a so nice to deal with a local company who care about their customers.

Just spoken to someone called Adam in this shop. I was calling to pay an account. He was so abrupt bordering on rude. He took my card details, clearly writing them on a piece of paper, he assured me he would shred them! How unprofessional.
Then he hung up whilst I was still talking, he clearly loves his job!

On arriving at the shop we were greeted with a warm welcome from a friendly salesman, Adam. Adam was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right carpet for our home. He was very professional and not at all pushy which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend.

Nice store, good selection of household furniture, carpets, beds. They also sell fitted kitchens. The store is of an open layout & is spacious with staff that are happy to help & give good advice but do not push for a sale. There is on street parking right outside or you can park behind the Coop.
