We have had Roy from Lock and Key Solutions help us twice now.
We had (unbeknownst to us) two very badly installed uPVC doors. Indeed, one had been so badly fitted that the mechanism was damaged by using the door and ended up with us not being able to open it at all!
Roy came out to us quickly, and was able to fix the installation of both doors, although one required a new locking mechanism. However Roy was able to install a temporary mechanism so that we could continue to use and lock the door safely whilst we waited for the parts to arrive.
Would definitely recommend Lock and Key Solutions

Fantastic service from Roy. I had a broken window lock and Roy came out the very next day, he was friendly and polite showing me exactly where the issue was and explaining how to prevent any further issues with the other windows and doors. The repair was made quickly and with no mess, very reasonable pricing.

1st class service. I was aware of the quality of the work as we use this company for our security needs in work The engineer Roy arrived bang on time and within a few minutes I had a new front door lock and 6 keys. He took the time to advise me on another couple of security matters. if you need a locksmith look no further highly recommended.
