We called Paul, after seeing his companies excellent feedback, especially his quick response time. He gave us a 2 hour window and arrived on time. Totally covid safe (mask, distance and asked us to move into another room, whilst he conducted the repairs.)
The night prior to calling, we were unable to lock our front door properly, which caused us concern. Paul completed the repairs and replaced our door locks with a more secure set of locks, and keys, all within 30 mins.
We paid by card and he provided a receipt, with 12 months warranty.

Paul was excellent after several companies had let us down and kept us waiting for weeks to hear from them / giving false info. I'm so glad I came across Lime Locks website. No nonsense and honest and was able to give us a solution to the problem without having to replace the full window.
