I ordered 7 new internal doors in April, I only measured one door and assumed the other doors would all be the same size.
When the doors arrives 6 of them were fine and fit perfect but the bathroom door needed to be smaller. After having to wait for nearly 2 months for a joiner, they finally got fitted in July.
The door which needed replacing was out of the refund date, however after contacting Door Supplies Online and explaining the mistake I made and the door still being in its original packaging, they made an exception for me and offered me a full refund AND even offered to pick the door up

Placed an order with these clowns, delivery stated £35 to the isle of wight. Then get a phone call 2 days later saying they dont deliver to the isle of wight. Not my problem if they fk up on there delivery, told them to cover the costs of courier there answer was we cant do that, but can deliver to a mainland address , I LIVE ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT 🤦♂️
