Having specified a range of bifold and sliding doors for client projects over the years but never been completely comfortable with the quality of the systems or installations, we stumbled across Sunflex doors at an exhibition and were impressed by the design and attention to detail. Sunflex's door was finally ready after 10 weeks of waiting! My excitement for it to be fitted was indescribable. However When the door turned up soon they'd found out they couldn't find the keys. Then they tried to fit it on the walls until they discovered a bigger problem! The door was made wrong way round, opening the wrong side therefore the fitters had to put it upside down for it to open the right way, however this soon proved to be unrealistic as the door was custom made, so it won't lock even if they found the keys.
