Critical: Professionalism
Wasted a day off work to see Kevin so he could work out a quote, after 10 days chasing for the quote with nothing. I finally got an email, they refused to quote on the work because of a materials issue, utter rubbish & very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to erect Lego!
