Clima Gate has been owned and operated by Clint & Magda Carrick for over 25 years. We strive to offer the personal touch of seeing your contract through to the first phone call or email to the completed project. Our factory is located in Sandwich Industrial Park, Kent. This is where we manufacture all our bespoke products that we offer.
Clima Gate prides itself on the best service and quality! We help you from the beginning and then whenever you may need us in the future. We measure and provide quotations, advise you on the best design and access control for the measurement. However, once installed we don't leave you. We are also just a phone call away if you need a repair to an existing or old access control, as well as any work that you may need.
Clima Gate installs gate automation to our new gates that we have manufactured, but also to existing gates. We use high quality, reliable motors that we have used for many years. We will assess and advise which type of motor will suit your gate the best. All our installations are made to the highest possible standard and conforms to all the current regulations.
Clima Gate designs and manufactures steel staircases, industrial platforms, fire escapes and Juliet balconies for both residential and industrial sites. Once manufactured we offer coatings to give your stairs a long life, low-maintenance corrosion protection against the elements. All galvanising done with us adheres to our suppliers coating requirements of BS EN ISO 1461:2009 and BS EN ISO 9000 quality assurance specifications.
Clima Gate also specialises in designing and manufacturing safe and secure fencing and gates for properties which accommodate children/teenagers. As shown below we have designed and manufactured fencing, gates and access control for nurseries, primary and secondary schools. We ensure all protection and paint finishes are safe for children whilst still looking atheistically pleasing.
