Nathan is the Founder and CEO of Priestley Construction as well as our sister companies, Priestley Homes, Priestley's and 30+ subsidiaries contained within the group. After working in the property industry in agency and then as a consultant, Nathan decided to start Priestley Construction following the successful launch of Priestley's, now the successful estate and lettings agency within the group.
Our brand is the brainchild of Nathan Priestley, who shifted from a career in professional rugby to the real estate playing field. After immense success working in the industry for other companies, he set up Priestley Construction in 2012, following the successful launch of Priestley's agency and consultancy.

I wouldn't trust these reviews. Probably all connected to the company somehow. I bought a property from Priestley Construction and it has been a total nightmare. Shoddy workmanship, non-payment to contractors, non-payment of promised rentals, non-maintenance of the building as the freeholder, freehold company going bankrupt due to debts owed. Do some Googling and you will see that the Priestley name has a nice criminal history. So my advice to potential buyers or subbies is to avoid by a very long mile!

I bought a studio flat in a development built by Priestley Construction back in 2016 and the quality was brilliant. It was fully tenanted for the whole duration, no tenant complaints, and still looked great and modern when we sold it a few years later. Highly recommend.
