Peyman recently completed a structural survey for me. I'd definitely recommend his services. He was easy to deal with and the report was well written and very comprehensive. He was also more than happy to answer all of my follow up questions and was able to take some quite complex information and explain it in a way that I (as a non surveyor) could understand.

I was lucky to have been given Peymans details when I needed advice on a party wall agreement (PWA) matter which was forced on me by a neighbours building work. As a layman, catapulted into this problem, knowing nothing, I found his verbal advice at the start was spot on and he has continued to be incredibly helpful after he became my appointed rep in this process. His knowledge beyond the PWA has been invaluable and without it I think I could have been could have been at a severe disadvantage. He has kept me regularly updated on developments and I have valued his guidance throughout this process

Absolutely fantastic service from P G Construction Consultants Ltd. I needed a building survey completed at very short notice so the Director, Mr Ghasemi, cleared his diary for me, carried out the survey AND had the written report back to me within a week. I was notified every step of the way and even had a phone call to let me know the work had been carried out and to give me a quick summary before the full report was sent. Top class service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
