A tree's tendency to grow, combined with the limited space available in the urban environment, means that pruning accounts for a significant proportion of our work. Whether we're thinning out an apple tree or weight-reducing a mighty oak, we put the same care into every target-pruning cut; ensuring the long-term wellbeing of your trees and a tidy finished product.
It may become necessary to remove a tree for a number of reasons. Whether it has become structurally unsound; is causing subsidence; or simply blocks out too much light, we have the expertise to get the job done. Using a variety of techniques, we can safely remove trees of any size even where drop zones or limited.
Hedges come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and formats; they can be big or small, formal or wild, deciduous or coniferous but they all have one thing in common. They must be trimmed regularly in order to look their best. A regularly trimmed hedge will be thick and even with bright, dense foliage; while a neglected hedge will likely become sparse and leggy.
After a tree has been removed, it may be appropriate to grind out the stump. This is by far the safest and most reliable way to prevent the tree from re-growing, and is the best option if a replacement tree is to be planted in the same location. Our highly skilled stump grinding specialists use a variety of machines to tackle stumps of any size in any location.
Planting a tree is one of the best things we can all do to reduce the effects of climate change. I am really pleased with the prompt and professional service provided by Wildwood Treecare. They took down a medium sized tree in my front garden which was interfering with the overhead telephone line. It was removed safely and the site was left spotless. The team turned up to clean up and trim out hard and soft wood trees. Great job carried out with checking to confirm as they progressed. Very professional and importantly very polite people. Tom and a team of 3 turned up as scheduled and they worked almost non stop for a whole day to do quite a big job for me which included tree reductions and heavy pruning. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to other quotes and they also did some extra work with no additional cost. They did an excellent and professional job and pulped and cleared up everything.
I am very pleased I used their services and if anyone wants a good job done, look no further than Wildwood treecare.
