I've always used Reddieseals in the past however have had a few issues with some of their products which they begrudgingly replaced.
Mighton Products always go the extra mile in my experience, if I've ever had issue or have forgotten an item off an order, they happily sent it out postage paid which is really appreciated. Just good service and prompt delivery.
I will make most of my orders with Mighton from now on.

Completely refurbed, my sash windows: weather strips, parting beads, stop beads new sash cord & re weighted. They look brilliant, they don't rattle and no drafts. Youtube videos were very helpful. But they could add a bit more detail around measurements for routing in the weather strip. Conclusion, excellent products and customer service👍

A pretty poor experience to be honest. I ordered three locking sash window latches. One of them didn't work when it arrived so I reported it by email giving the product code AND by phone leaving a message on their answerphone. They contacted me to ask the colour of the replacement which I gave them again over the phone. A week later still no replacement so I emailed them. They phoned to ask the colour of the replacement [again]. I gave it to them again and a couple of days later I received a 20m roll of sash window cord instead of a window lock. When I contacted them, the salesperson said "Let

Very poor customer service, I was looking to order some items when the on screen message said order within 1 hour 20 min for next day delivery, so I did and now they have said it will be three days till I get it, this is very misleading, when I called to see why this was happening I was told its not there problem so go else where, very poor service
