We had Ben draw up plans for an extension to our home & submit these to planning, he came round to discuss the plan and suggested ideas that I hadn’t thought of, he was professional, knowledgable and worked efficiently.

We have recently had a property surveyed by David Bullen Limited. The survey was comperehensive, easy to understand and navigate. Throughout the repot explained what exactly was the scope of the survey, where the survey was restricted for reasons such as difficult access because of fixtures and fittings. Attention was drawn to problems that might not have been detected on the day, for example because it was a dry day any potential problems caused by rain would not have been detectable.
