Graham & Michelle took over the helm of the family business in 2008 after many years of learning the ropes and the industry from the bottom up for the last 30 years. With completely different but hopefully complimentary personal skills - in Grahams words "one does the fluffing / one does the business!"
It was Michelle's family who in 1972 started manufacturing luxury acrylic baths in the North East which resulted in her father Jim Mongan not only travelling the world promoting the business; it also involved him visiting the most exclusive bathroom showrooms in UK. During this time he learnt what was required to run a quality showroom and exactly what it takes to become a leading bathroom specialist.

After months of looking around we walked in to The Bathroom Studio and with the help of the design team we walked out full of ideas. Graham took on board all of our wish list and ensured it all fitted in, Michelle helped us out with tile ideas and Guy fitted the perfect wet room/ensuite for us. The Bathroom Studio handled the complete project from start to finish. would we recommend this company?..... Most definitely .

This is the second time I’ve used The Bathroom Studio with perfect results on both occasions.
Sadly, my partner had a massive brain aneurysm last year and was advised that she needed to convert her en-suite into a wet room. Having looked around at several companies that offer wet rooms I decided to ring Michelle at the Bathroom Studio for help. I was delighted when she told me they could offer this service. Micelle (the planner) is brilliant, and her great strength is that she listens to your needs and then sets to work to deliver. Once the plans are agreed Michelle came out to visit to make

I couldn't recommend The Bathroom Studio highly enough! Michelle designed the most amazing bathroom, moving things around and making it feel at least twice as big as it was before. She was so responsive on emails and took on board everything we said. It was fitted by David and we were so impressed by the way he worked. We had some small issues with the tiles, absolutely not the fault of anyone at the bathroom studio and actually they and David did everything they could to get it all sorted out. We got so much peace of mind from having one company sort everything out for us. We now have a bathroom

From the very first contact we felt in safe hands. Having had a poor experience previously with a different company we wanted a company that would take away the stress from planning a new bathroom and they did exactly that.
Michelle the designer was very friendly, responsive and knowledgable. She had great ideas of her own and also took on board all of our ideas and so we really feel that our bathroom is everything we hoped it would be.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Totally redesigned, upgraded and fitted en-suite bathroom from a tired and poorly laid out bathroom to one that any boutique hotel would be jealous of.
The whole team at the Bathroom Studio provided outstanding customer service and kept me up to date with the process and stuck to my budget. I would definitely recommended them.

I recently had my bathroom designed by Graham and fitted by David of The Bathroom Studio and they did a fantastic job. Graham really listened to my requests and helped to transform the space into a shower-room which feels so much bigger and luxurious. All the other companies I'd approached previously had refused to contemplate the layout I had in mind, but Graham made it work and kept it all within budget. The quality and finish are great and Michelle and Claire helped out with all the support and administration and last minute questions. David worked quickly and efficiently, and the full team

Great experience from start to finish. All staff in the studio were friendly and helpful. Graham helped us realise our vision for the final design quickly and knew exactly what we were after.
David the fitter was great, got on with the job and worked solidly each day - he was like a machine! Can't recommend The Bathroom Studio enough!

We are delighted with our new bathroom and en suite both of which were designed and fitted by the team at The Bathroom Studio. The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard by Dave, who is a true master craftsman with a work ethic to match his skills.
From a design and costing perspective, we really appreciated the honest advice and guidance provided by the team as well as their patience as we worked towards our final specifications.
