Our Commercial Valuation and Agency departments are also open and operating on a business as usual basis. In order to stay safe during this process, we will provide you with a pre-inspection checklist prior to our visit to ensure the inspection can be carried out safely and all of our surveyors will be wearing full PPE and follow a strict safety protocol.

Book now by calling your local Allied office or via our website to book an appointment for your Home Report. Each office is run by professionally qualified local surveyors and provides a complete range of property services including residential and commercial property valuations, Home Reports, energy reports, building surveying, quantity surveying and project management.

The extent of our office network allows our surveyors to specialise in their local property market to ensure that you get the very best advice based on expert local knowledge. You must have one to sell your house so make sure you instruct a surveyor who understands the local housing market.
Services
Allied Surveyors Scotland plc is one of Scotland's largest independent firms of chartered surveyors. We have 30 offices in Scotland which cover every postcode. We provide a complete range of professional property services including residential and commercial property valuations, Home Reports, energy reports, building surveyors, quantity surveyors and project management.
A Home Report is required by law in Scotland if you plan on selling your house. It is the seller's responsibility to make a Home Report available to genuine buyers. The Home Report can only be produced by Chartered Surveyors and is made up of the Single Survey, an Energy Report, and a Property Questionnaire.
A Home Report is a document which the majority of sellers of a residential property are required to produce prior to putting the property onto the market. The Home Report is produced by a Chartered Surveyor who is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and should be a Registered Valuer.
We have 30 offices across Scotland and therefore know your local market. All our surveyors are registered valuers and regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Allied Surveyors Scotland are on the panel and trusted by all banks, building societies and other mortgage providers to give them advice on where and when it is appropriate to lend.
With 8 commercial property centres across Scotland, an extensive range of commercial property services delivered by an experienced, multi-disciplined team, Allied Surveyors Scotland offers an unequalled level of expertise in the Scottish commercial property market.

The Glasgow north office (EM) recently assisted me with a home report for my property. I found E highly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
First class service and I will use AS again in the future.

We left keys for our business premises so AS could survey for their client. They tell us keys were posted to our solicitors, but these were never received. After repeated enquiry, delays, and considerable logistical difficulties for us, we asked AS for either proof of posting, or for reimbursement of the cost of key cutting. They gave us a short negative reply and provided neither. Small clients are clearly too much trouble for Allied Surveyors to bother with.
