We ordered 22 lights at over £3Ks worth for a house renovation. Unfortunately some had been discontinued which required the order to be changed somewhat (wall lights matching pendants etc)
We found them very accommodating when changing the order over the phone (which resulted in an hour phone call) the lights we’d paid for that weren’t available were refunded promptly.
In the end we got 16 lights and every single one was exactly what we ordered with no problems, very happy with the quality of them all, some took some time to arrive as were on back order but we were happy to wait and they

****Worst customer services, I have ever experienced*** Extremely arrogant and unhelpful.
I wish I looked and read the reviews before purchasing. I'm now left with a broken light fitting with no solution.
The advise I got from an adviser and the so called director of the company, that there was no need to take the pendant off the light fitting when changing light bulb or to clean it so they wont take responsibility that the pins do not go back into place! completely shocking way to deal with a customer.
As you can see from Dusk response to my review which is very aggressive. To advise someone

After receiving a notification of a delivery I did not expect from DPD I contacted Dusk Lighting. With an extremely rapid response it was established that their customer had given the wrong phone number. Their customer service, for someone who is not even a customer, has been fast, co-operative, polite and friendly. I can’t speak for their products, but the customer service is fantastic.

I'm not surprised at some of these reviews. ordered 3 ceiling lights for new kitchen on 9/5/21.. was informed about 2 weeks, no dispatch after 14 days chased them and got it will be there 31st May... yep guess what no lights no comms, chased again to say still not with them as they are abroad. wasn't told they were shipping in from out of UK and there could be a delay, but were happy to take my money! after a few emails and me getting shirty with them they have refunded me. i asked for a call back to discuss a further order we found on website, but they declined because i was upset with them and

Ordered a pair of bathroom lights online and they meet my expectations perfectly. Stylish and timeless.. The service from Dusk exceeds my expectations. One light was damaged trivially. I sent photos over a weekend, and Dusk were at work. Better than that, they contacted the manufacturer at once, kept me informed at all times, and the replacement part for the damaged unit is being resupplied.
At every step of the way Dusk behaved with total friendly professionalism. I could not have hoped for better help. Definitely on my list to use again when I have the need

I have recently purchase 3 island lamps from Dusk Lighting for a new build self build on opening the boxes one was found to be damaged at the neck the company have done everything not to replace the item telling us that we should have notified them of the damage within 48 hours however they asked for images of the damaged item, the images were sent over but then they informed us again that the 48 deadline could not be changed be very careful of doing business with this company as they seem to not care about there customers or there reputation

I saw a floor lamp I liked on line but wanted to see it in person before buying we went to the show room but they didn’t have it. The staff we were very friendly and helpful offering to order it in for us and let us see it and even try it in our home - so far great service. Nearly a month later I chased it up as hadn’t heard from them, the lamp had… arrived so we went to see it, on assembly my husband noticed the legs were not threading properly into the base so again the staff were very helpful and said they would get new parts sent in so it all fitted properly - this was weeks

Jamie was a total delight to deal with. He was positive, friendly and went out of his way to explain the different options and styles I might like. He wasn't trying to rush me off the phone and nothing was too much trouble.
Mark helped me amend my order and again nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and friendly.
