Truly awful company. Rude customer service staff and totally inflexible. We were a few hours over the 14 day limit to raise a return (as product was awful when it arrived, nothing like it was on website). It took us 14 days as we’re in middle of a house build. When we finally went to unpack them we didn’t like them. inflexible, rude staff. Never been talked to that way by an online store representative.

If my experience is anything to go by this was a perfect internet transaction. The website is easy to navigate and I quickly found a lampshade I liked at a price I liked. It was delivered quickly. I had to contact the seller with a query. They picked up the phone quickly and dealt with my query immediately.

Ordered two ceiling lights £126 each. When I finally started to fix the lights, found out the crystals or glass whatever they are selling are in a poor state, most of them got some sort of chip on them and atleast 7 crystal / glass drops between the two lights are badly chipped and will not be hanging them. No response to email yet, no response on Facebook, finally decided to call and spoke to someone completely uninterested in my querie so not even sure if this will get resolved.
Apart from that the description of the item on their website is completely misleading. Its says diamond cut glass
