Archway Carpets is a family run business with 35 years experience in dealing with customers. We take pride in our excellent customer service. Archway Carpets is run by father and son team Graham and Darrell Smith. Graham set up the business in 1984, and it was his wife's wish that one of her sons would join their father in the business.

Small family run shop tucked away in Church Street Woodbridge. The service is second to none. Had an awkward shaped stairs and landing, the gentleman came out and measured up after he finished work. 3 weeks later it was laid and the chaps that laid it did a great job, hoovered up as well. Most of the carpets in our house have come from here, wouldn't go anywhere else.

A great selection of carpets to choose from. Friendly home visit so that you can see the sample in situ. I thought that I didn't want a sample of the chosen one sent to me, then changed my mind - this was no trouble.
The first slot to fit the carpet didn't work for us - no problem. Fitting was smooth and the carpet looks superb.
Very happy with the carpet and the customer service.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Darrell and the team have local knowledge specific to the properties in our road, which proved a big advantage when selecting flooring for the property. They say shop local. And never had a truer word been said about Archway Carpets. They are a local company who provide a quality, thorough AND competitive service. Darrel and his team at archway have been brilliant. You should shop local with Archway Carpets when looking for flooring with your home because not only will you be supporting a local independent business, but you will get a personal, friendly and professional service from the word go. The big carpet chains can’t rival the quality of service Darrell and his team provide.

Darrell was brilliant at advising me of the right floor coverings for my needs. He also gave me tips and tricks for disposing of the old carpets and sanding floors even though he wasn't even getting a sale out of that room!
He was so nice when he moved my fitting dates numerous times because the building wasn't finished.
The fitters I had were beyond brilliant. Neat, tidy, polite and efficient craftsmen.
