I appreciate them helping me out at short notice.
They originally cut the wrong side off for me, despite my drawing being correct, I had to get on the phone and then go back again, luckily there was more of the same remnant, so after a bit of overseeing and direction, I came away happy that everything was correct the second time, and it was.
I thought it was a bit expensive, and if you add in my extra time and cost for doing another trip, it was.
My intention isn't to slate a company or any staff, it's just to give an honest review of my own experience, yours may have been, or may be different

Excellent experience purchasing carpet for our baby’s room. We had a tight timescale and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not only were the staff very knowledgeable but we were surprisingly pleased with the quote we received too. We will be using them again in the future, and we would recommend them to others also.

Can't thank Tony enough for his helpful, knowledgeable and above all else, honest approach in recarpeting our new home. His flexibility in allowing carpets to be fitted as and when we had redecorated a room was so helpful and took so much stress away.
