Yes, we hold comprehensive insurance with Trust insurance with liability cover at 5 million. Yes, all our work is carried out in compliance to BS3998 : 2010 'Tree Work Recommendations'. All our members of staff are NPTC trained and awarded, along with additional awards in Woodchipper, First Aid, Signing & Guarding, Stump Grinding, MEWP, Pesticides and CSCS.

We are proud members of the Arboricultural Association (AA). The Arboricultural Association maintains an online directory of quality assured tree surgery businesses. They are regularly assessed for their health and safety procedures, office and business practices, including customer care, as well as their quality of tree work.

Here at EJM we are proud of our team who are able to provide the best in quality tree work services. Eddy started the business back in 2003 but has always been in tree surgery since college. He is often found driving the Merlo these days, but still enjoys to wear his spikes every now and again.

EJM are proud to introduce a new innovative piece of equipment to the South East that is revolutionising tree removal in the industry. The Merlo Roto 40:30 with Westtech CS750 Grapple Saw can safely dismantle any tree without having to climb them which eliminates the possibility of injuries to personnel.

I LOVE everyone at EJM! So friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Lauren (who does the organising) and Stuart (who comes to survey) are absolutely lovely, a benchmark for anyone customer facing to aspire to. Willing to spend time and always happy to give advice and top tips for replanting too. The chaps who took down the trees could not be nicer. What a team! No need to go anywhere else. These guys are top notch! I called them after my huge magnolia tree was severely damaged in the recent high winds and they came round straight away and made a great job of saving what was left of the beautiful tree. Nothing was to much trouble and they even tidied up all the fallen braches for me.

After the recent heavy storm i called up EJM about a very large conifer which was hung up over a small country road. Within 1 hour of the phonecall they were on site cutting it up. They worked right into the night to ensure the tree was properly dealt with and road users would be safe. They made a very tidy job! Good work boys!
