The guys understood the challenge of keeping the neighbours happy while minimising the extent to which they trimmed the trees so we could maintain a screen. They achieved the impossible by removing enough to please the neighbours without having much impact on the appearance from our side. Would be very happy to use them again.

Paul and his crew were fantastic. Typically when a tradesman says "I'll be there at 8" it means I'll actually show up at 9:30 at which point I'll have my tea, read the paper and maybe start work around 10. These guys were at my door dead on 8. The work started at 8:30 once they set up (and yes while having their cups of tea). Polite to the extreme even when they had to deal with an unruly neighbor. When the job was over the site was cleaner then they found it. They even checked with my neighbor (not the unruly one) to make sure her garden was clear of debris. I would have these guys back in a heartbeat
