I have just used Glaze and frame today for first time. To my disappointment they cut glass in wrong size. I gave one of guys working there specific size and yet he cut it wrong. He wrote size on his own on piece of paper and I can only imagine that he couldn't recognise his own writing. I had to go to Screwfix and get glass cutter to cut glass to exact size. Most likely won't used them again or recommend to anyone

The glass in my front door was broken following an attempted break in during the night. Glaze n frame came out the following morning as an emergency.
They measured the glass and came back to replace it around an hour later!

We had a cracked window in one of the windows in our top floor flat. 2x companies came to survey and requested a scaffold be erected outside in order to change the glass.
Called glaze and frame as a third option and was very pleasantly surprised when they were able to change the cracked window pane straight away, without a scaffold!
Saved a great deal of time and money and will definitely be my first choice in future!

I've just had Scott and James from Glaze and Frame over to change window panes. They are two absolute professionals who have done a superb job, it's top quality work. On top of that, it's been really nice having them over as they were both really good fun to talk to as well. I would highly recommend this company.
