Elephant windows is Fensa registered. When Elephant Windows completes an installation it is immediately registered with Fensa who then send a certificate to the customer direct to demonstrate compliance.

I signed the contract in July for a conservatory installation. It is now nearly December and this company has cancelled the date for the fitters to come and fit the glass no less than 5 times, all with just 24 -48 hours notice. They expected me to re-arrange my leave at work at very short notice. They will not supply a complaints procedure and i have been given the Sales email address to direct my complaint to. I would avoid this company at all cost! If this is a reflection on the customer service BEFORE the conservatory is up, I hate to think what the after care will be like.

Appalling service. Hundreds of pounds of damage done. It took me weeks of arguing with them to get a small amount of money out of them which did not cover the repair costs. 18 months later a glass unit cracked and now they are refusing to replace it under the guarantee, saying something has hit it. Not true and they have not even looked at it.

After a roller coaster of meeting a selection of potential providers of a new composite door we chose Elephant Windows due to the quality of the door.
Frustratingly the advisor wasn't aware that the door we chose wasn't suitable for our house but, after some excellent customer care provided by Kelly in the office we settled on a new one.
Although this created a delay of 2 weeks in fitting, Kelly kept us updated regularly with good information and responded quickly to any questions.
Today Florin arrived to fit our new door. He was polite, tidy, and did a great job moving a handle on my request
