Just had 11 windows replaced. The two fitters Luke and Teddy were amazing. So professional, very clean workers, pleasant and represented Trade2Trade perfectly. I had the front door and two bay windows on a commercial building replaced last week. Amazing phone service from Rob provided throughout the lead up to the job (I was a nervous wreck), excellent fitting skills provided by Carl, Luke, Sean and Mark. It was a joy to work with these gentleman throughout the very rainy and wet day. They all perservered to get the job done so we could get back to what we do best. Clean and tidy... No quibble or trouble...just what I wanted! Thank you for your hard work. Much appreciated by the owners, all the staff members and our services users.

I've ordered a door as per supplied drawings. They made the doors which open other way round. I couldn't accept it and when I asked to correct the error they demanded extra £180. After number of increasingly unpleasant emails and phone calls they insisted on extra £180 to cover their mistake and refused a refund. Luckily I paid via a credit card so asked the bank to step in and eventually I got full refund.
Avoid at any cost.

Had a new front door, new porch and replacement window 18 months ago. Slight leak on porch roof, guys turned up today and fixed it. No bother, all sorted and fixed today. I would recommend this company for work carried out and even more importantly, great ongoing friendly customer support (which is what everyone craves from a double glazing company). These guys are terrible had my conservatory fitted by them through a builder. They won't speak to me direct as it went threw a contractor I've shown them a video of my blinds are moving so wind is coming through the gaps..... Andy's the owner response was it coming from somewhere else .... There is nowhere else it can come through ... People stay clear of this cowboy outfit . Once they got your money they do not care.... They don't deserve a 1 star if there was a minus I'd give it. I'd wish there was a way to show a video on this to show their work. ........ So I had a call and email from Matt

It all started off well, the salesman was great and due to him I chose this company although they were not the cheapest. It took 4mths for installation although I was told 4 weeks. It took several phone calls to get installation done and only happened when I threaten to cancel the order
Installation was meant to take 3 days with 3 man- two men turned up and done it in 2 days. Before they left I noticed some minor things missing and was told that these would be ordered and dealt with within 2 weeks.
After the installers left I noticed some real issues and contacted the company
