I’m so happy with how my new windows turned out. It was a fabulous experience with Eden Windows from start to finish. The sales people were really informative and gave me a great deal and the fitters, Kevin & Martin were very friendly, tidy and fast. Will definitely be recommending Eden. Thanks again!

I have never written a negative review for a company before as in most cases any failings are usually justifiable and accompanied with a genuine apology. However, Eden Windows, have failed in so many ways that I cannot and will not recommend them.
I chose Eden Windows for a replacement conservatory roof, not because they were the cheapest (they weren’t), but because I prefer to support local, independent businesses. I now regret this decision as I have never encountered a company that treats its customers with such contempt and disregard.

Salesmen was great, shutter fitting team (although slightly late) were also great. Everything in between was absolutely disgraceful.
The survey took at least 3 calls/txts to get them out to come out and confirm the manufactured size (turns out it was short by about 10mm top/bottom). The after sales team and installation administrator did not want to know, did not answer telephone calls or e-mails. When they did they told you what you wanted to hear, said they would call back and never did. It has TAKEN ALMOST 6 MONTHS to get the one simple set of window shutters installed.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am writing this review purely because of the excellent job the fitters made. Dave and Martin turned up promptly, they worked extremely hard in bad weather conditions and made no complaints, they remained professional and cheerful. They left my new conservatory immaculate. I would use the company again based on their professionalism, well done lads and thank you, I'm over the moon.

After hearing good reviews decided to go with Eden Windows to replace all windows and doors in my house. There were delays but I understood this as we were all a victim of Covid. However, that said, it took three surveyors on three different occasions to measure correctly and even then, when the first fitters turned up, half of the items did not fit. The first fitters were very disrespectful of my home and caused deep scratches in my laminate flooring in getting the windows/doors in and then out again. The second fitters who came seemed more experienced and fitted the patio doors, kitchen door

Our windows and doors were replaced by Eden Windows about twelve years ago, and, apart from one window, the glass panes of which failed hermetically after nine years, and was replaced at cost only, still have the appearance of being 'brand new'. I highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacement windows. The fitters were highly professional and took trouble to see that everything was OK, even though finishing very late in the evening.

Shame, terrible
Having checked Edens reviews and popping in to their showroom I ordered a roof lantern and a set of Bi-folding doors from them. The order paperwork was sparse so I followed it up with an email confirming all my requirements to the sales person ‘Samantha’ along with questions around fit dates and a request for detailed drawings for the builders, I received nothing back which should have warned me of what was to come!
After many phone calls and broken promises of fit dates
the fitters eventually turned up on day One 2 hours later than agreed, with the roof lantern only, they
