Michael fitted my outside door for me which is stunning and have had several neighbours commenting on it so when it came to replacing the windows for my house he was my first choice. Him and 2 other guys came and fitted them in 1 day. When I returned home not only was I delighted with the windows but the inside of the house was left immaculate. Can't speak highly enough of Michael. Would have NO hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Moved into an old property and needed a number of upvc sash replacement windows. I obtained a number of quotes. I was impressed with Michael when he did initial survey as he explained about the different aspects of upvc sash that the others didn't. There was no hard sell either. His company turned out to be the cheapest of our quotes so we took the chance with Defenster not knowing anything about the company. It's a big job and expensive so obviously you worry about your decisions. I need not have worried. The installation went really well, the windows didn't take long to arrive, and a clean job

Billy and Michael did a superb job fitting our new windows and patio doors, from the 1st visit through to the final fitting they were efficient, courteous and friendly and the final finish is immaculate (they even cleaned the wash hand basin after fitting a window above it!). Thoroughly recommended.

Highly recommend the gents at Defenster to anyone who might be thinking of having any windows or doors implemented, extremely high quality of tradesmanship, very polite and respectful, also put in the extra effort of cleaning behind themselves leaving the work area as if they had not been, except for the fantastic new windows and doors. Both myself and my mother were highly impressed at the level of professionalism displayed and are extremely happy with the end result.

Really friendly company. Listened carefully to our needs and gave us sensible options. No pressure to buy more than we needed. Installation was prompt and fuss-free. And best of all, the price this company offered was hundreds of pounds cheaper than other quotes. After a very positive referral we contacted Michael at Defenster for a quote to replace all our sash & case windows with uPVC. He quickly responded and provided us with a very reasonable quote and timeline for completion. The work took place over a week and throughout the team was thoughtful regarding our ongoing living requirements, and always covered with dust sheets and carefully cleaned up every day. The attention to detail and professionalism of the finished job really impressed us.

We used Michael From Defenster windows and doors to fit two new bifolds a new front door and a new large back window. He was extremely polite professional and did a really fabulous job for us. They also are very clean and tidy which is a huge bonus. The quality of the windows and quality of the fit was second to none. They look absolutely fantastic and I will defiantly use his company next year to replace our remaining windows. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality at a very competitive price. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough I’d give 10 stars
