Excellent fitting from start to finish. Staff in store very friendly,although there was a slight delay with the fitting. The fitter came early in the morning fitted 2 doors and was away early afternoon he did a great job with the doors and cleaned up as he went. Thourally pleased with the service.

After sales service is terrible & seems Williams not interested once installation has been completed & they have received payment.
I had 8 new windows & front door replaced by Williams & installation was completed on time.
I then noticed a draught coming through front door & had repair team out 3 times to fix, however this has still not been resolved.
I also noticed 3 other issues (facing coming loose from wall, lead pattern coming away from window & 1 failed unit) at start of lockdown in March & decided to hold off contacting Williams until restrictions had lifted.

Strongly recommend William Double Glazing! John was very nice during the whole decision process, not being pushy at all. Had plenty of time to ask as many questions as we wanted. Once we signed, the installing team was really nice, right on time and did the entire job from A to Z in just one day (we had 4 windows changed, including 2 very large ones). We are very happy with the results, can already feel the difference and will surely contact them again for our next projects!

Fantastic local business. And family run too....you don't get much of that these days. The whole process from start to finish was effortless. From the salesman to the fitters ....they kept me well informed and carried out a top quality job! Even when i called in with silly queries nothing was a bother.....the lovely girl who took my call kept me assured. Would definitely recommend these guys and have done to family (who do not live local!!!) The prices are competitive the staff are friendly and the quality of work is outstanding.
