We found ourselves in a spot of bother needing to get all the door locks changed for a property in Hartlepool. After a Google search we settled on Steron locksmiths to get the job done for us remotely (we’re in London) - and we were not disappointed.
The job was completed promptly, professionally and affordably. John even took the time to go the extra mile by sending us video clips of the work he had done and even kindly showed us the current condition of the property (this was definitely not on his job remit - but just proves what a nice bloke his is).

Contacted Steron after my elderly Mams door became jammed and she couldn't get it unlocked. Within the hour they were out and the door opened. A new part was ordered whilst on site and the work on the door was completed the following lunchtime.
Very professional and would definately use them again. Highly recommended.

It's aways difficult when you don't have a local contact and just pick a company off the internet at random, but I definitely picked the right locksmiths. I arranged a time to meet John on site to replace some locks on an empty commercial property. John arrived early and advised which lock needed to be changed to make the building secure, without additional expense. He serviced the other locks, replaced some internal locks and arranged to have additional keys cut. This was all within an hour or some and at a great price. Payment was easy and I would highly recommend John and his team at Steron

Snapped my key in the door this morning and had to rush off to work. Finished work and returned home to John waiting in his van after a couple of messages throughout the day. Asked us what new lock we would prefer and then carried out the repair in literally 5 minutes.
