Twice recently I've needed Paul's assistance. One at home where he went over and above to sort out some locks and made it as economic as possible, certainly was doing what was best for me; switching some locks around rather than just suggesting I buy more and more locks. When we had some vandalism to locks at our business offices and staff couldn't get in, one quick call and he was there within the hour and resolved the problem there and then, returning later with a large number of newly cut keys all at a good price. I called Theakston locksmith about our front door not opening. Within 30 minutes Paul was at the door. He could see what the issue could be but tried with the key first. It opened. He took a look and explained thoroughly and and in layman’s terms what he thought the issue was. After 35 mins I had the key back in my hand and the door working perfectly. He also explained what he had done to rectify.
