Bought tiles for a wet room 3 years ago and they are still as beautiful today. Called the store today as wasnt sure where I purchased them and wanted to put elsewhere in the house too, very helpful lady tracked down the tiles. We will be back when we are ready to purchase, lovely quality tile, and very good customer experience.

Went here and bought tiles for my disabled mother for a wet room was asked to pay delivery fee and i was fine with this. Delivery driver called billy came out i asked him to put tiles upstairs but he refused then he had the nerve to ask for extra payment to put the tiles upstairs i think this is disgusting as i already paid over a thousand pounds for these tiles will never use this company again.

Excellent place for tiles. Staff are friendly. They take time to listen to your needs and give you the space to look on your own should you not need help.
I dealt with Carly and she was knowledgable about the range and we ended up choosing one of her suggestions.
Tiles on display range in different sizes and styles.
They have full on displays with mock up bathrooms, kitchens, porches etc to help you visualise and compare tiles.
Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed as I was told at the desk when buying the tiles to take extra and I could return anything unused. After taking the tiles home (2 hour drive away) we discovered the tiles were not suitable and returned them. However we were charged 20% (£70) for restocking - this was 8 boxes of expensive tiles that I helped load into the car!!! This is my first poor review written online but it really made me mad and will never be back (with 30 properties that occasionally need re-vamped) and will inform anyone else of my disappointment. Would have accepted a £10 charge for the 5 minutes

Had a bad experience at this store, very poor customer service. I will not be going back, and advising my friends and family to avoid this store.
My experience involved three trips. For my first trip, I chose a couple different types of tiles, my surface area requirements including some additional tiles I wanted equated to four and one third boxes (there were 9 tiles to a box), this was priced at £140 for the tile I decided to buy. Before finalising my tile choice and deciding to proceed with the sale, the salesman Stuart decided to give me 5 boxes at this price. I completed the purchase and
