Paul and the team at Crocatile were first class in their advice and professional approach. They helped explain our options for the rooms we wanted updated and provided some honest advice rather than trying to upsell which we really appreciated. We had to wait a while to get a tiler to complete the job and were happy to keep our order in their warehouse which was extremely helpful. Popped into store to try and source some tiles to match existing ones I wanted to replace was absolutely taken aback by the fantastic customer service provided staff member (sorry didnt ask your name) not only did they have what I needed I was given the tiles for FREE!!! Did not expect that! Yes the tiles may have been end of stock but the store member didnt use that as an opportunity to make money from me! Thank you so much for your generosity I will definately buy from you next time!

They've been telling me the tile I want has been ordered and will be in next week every week since 7th January and to phone back on Monday. Every Monday I've been told to phone back next Monday. It's now 22nd February and they don't have a clue whether it's coming in or not. Every person we speak to says they don't take to do with ordering stock and speak to a manager for a better idea and despite them insisting it's been ordered nobody can tell me if/when this will arrive.
They've promised to find out and phone me back but they never have. We've had to postpone our tiler again because of this

AVOID!!! Understand owner has a poor reputation for customer service regards refund policy. Experienced at first hand when in store and a lady was attempting to obtain a refund as was I. We both were flabbergasted by the attitude. I then mentioned to a local tile company in my home town who informed me they hated dealing with Croc a Tile on a professional level due to this.

Fantastic customer service when visiting shop today.
Alex was so helpful, polite, friendly and patient helping my elderly mum choose tiles for her kitchen.
Would most definitely recommend store to others, having visited many tile shops in the area today, but nowhere near as good customer service from others. Thanks Alex for making mum’s visit a great experience
